The University of Bedfordshire is honored to be a globally renowned organization that has garnered various accolades. Its track record of giving pupils a top-notch education spans more than a century. As Bedford Training College for Teachers, which subsequently changed its name to Bedford Physical Training College in 1903, the University of Bedfordshire was initially founded in 1882. It became the University of Luton in 1993, when it was granted university status. In order to become the University of Bedfordshire, the campuses of the Universities of Luton and De Montfort united in Bedford in 2006.

The University of Bedfordshire has a dynamic and varied student body made up of more than 20,000 individuals from over 120 different nations. The teachers at this cutting-edge school is dedicated to instilling in its pupils the ideals of being knowledgeable, competitive, and creative members of the community.

Campuses for the University of Bedfordshire are located in Bedford and Luton, two sizable cities to the north of London. There are two main campuses for this university—one in the heart of Luton and one on the border of Bedford. Both the university’s Buckinghamshire site in Aylesbury and its Butterfield Park campus on the outskirts of Luton both offer nursing and midwifery degrees. Postgraduate Business School is located on Putteridge Bury, a fifth campus.
